01. Interlochen Christmas Lights
Interlochen Christmas Lights has an origin dating back 40 years. Festive neighbors joined together to create an exclusive Christmas Lights drive. It is a North Texas tradition where more than 200 homeowners showcase stunning Christmas lights. It is among the most popular free drive-thru Christmas Lights. The starting date is around December 13th and the timing is 6-11 pm.
02. Christmas in the Square Frisco
Set your car radio to 107.3 and drive through the 180,000 choreographed lights synchronized to 10 different songs. You should also skate the square, check out story time with Olaf, Anna, and Elsa. Those seeking old-school lights should definitely check out the horse carriage rides. The timing for Frisco Christmas in the Square holiday lights is 6-10 PM, and the show begins on November 22nd. It will be available until January 6th.
03. Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie
Grand Prairie’s Lynn Creek Park is where the fabulous Prairie Lights is located. You can enjoy a 2-mile driving path adorned with 4 million light sets. The Holiday Village comes to life with holiday vendors, walk-thruough lights, carnival rides, and concessions. You can also take photos with Santa!
Prairie Lights is available from November 28th to December 31st, every day starting at 6 pm. Guest entry is allowed till 10 PM. Admission begins at $50/ car. For a fast pass, you will need to pay $149.
04. Radiance! at the Ranch
Weatherford decks up with beautifully lit Christmas displays that are animated to popular songs. Cruising through the place is a mind-blowing experience. Radiance! at the Ranch typically starts in the 3rd week of November and runs through the entire month of December. Each vehicle is charged $35 for entry. For VIP tickets, you have to pay $49. You get your own photo souvenir and hot chocolate with it.
05. Highland Park Christmas Lights Celebration
Enjoy the sparkle and glitter of approximately 1.5 million lights throughout the season at the Highland Park Christmas Lights Celebration. Typically, Highland Park Village’s Christmas Lights Celebration and Shopping Stroll is scheduled on December 6th, from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm. However, dates for 2024 haven’t been announced. There are festive treats, Christmas carolers, face painting, and many other activities to enjoy. The opening dates for 2024 are yet to be declared.
06. Gift of Lights at Texas Motor Speedway
Texas Motor Speedway has massive Christmas lights displays. It is not clear if they will host infield activities in 2024. Gift of Lights will run from November 28th till January 1st week. The starting time is 6 pm. For each car, the cost is $35.
07. The Light Park in Arlington
Hurricane Harbor has turned into the Light Park. You will see millions of lights and enjoy fun activities like DJ Christmas music, lemonade, popcorn while driving. This is a pet-friendly holiday park. The Light Park in Arlington is accessible from the beginning of November and the festivities run until the first week of January, approx. 08. Christmastime in Texas
Christmastime in Texas offers hundreds of Christmas displays spread through a 1.5 mile driveway. The park has a dedicated section for lights that light up in sync with favorite Christmas songs. Christmastime in Texas opens in last week of November and stays open till last week of December. Admission charges per car are typically $35, but on Mondays to Thursdays, they offer a lower price.
09. Santa’s Country Christmas
Santa’s Country Christmas covers a 2-mile path and you will enjoy watching more than 2.5 million LED lights. The lights show various popular Christmas themes. After Thanksgiving, you can feed the animals here and watch the Santa and his companions. Santa’s Country Christmas begins in the 2nd week of November and runs all through December. Each car entry is priced at $30.
10. Vitruvian Holiday Lights Spectacular
Vitruvian Park is gearing up for the Holiday Lights Spectacular. There are colourful lights everywhere, creating a vibrant festive atmosphere. You can enjoy a casual stroll, and on special dates, enjoy live music and take free photos with Santa. Also, you can indulge in gourmet food trucks. Entry is free but there may be parking charges on some evenings. Vitruvian Park remains open from approximately November 18th to January 1st.
11. Santa Land
Santa Land spans 24 acres of land and features over 2 million lights. It is recognized as the first drive-through Christmas Park in Texas, where you can enjoy the lights from within your car. The park has animated and handcrafted holiday displays along with other original features. Santa arrives on Thanksgiving and remains through December 23rd.
Santa Land is open from November 8th to January 4th every night. Admission charges are as follows:

- Vehicles for up to 10 passengers – $30 per vehicle
- Vehicles for up to 20 passengers – $60 per vehicle
12. Land of Lights Christmas Park Athens
This Christmas Park is 1 mile long and features six tunnels and 14 arches. The park is decked up with more than 4 million lights, 50 motion-controlled light scenes and 2000 wood cutouts. You can meet Santa every night from November 10th to December 23rd.
Land of Lights Christmas Park, Athens, will be open from November 10th to January 3rd. Car entry charges vary from $30-$35.
13. The Light Park in Frisco

14. Lights of West
Though the Lights of West doesn’t count directly into the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, many people flock to the area for its enchanting Christmas lights, photos with Santa, and exciting concessions.
